Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (quantifiable impact metrics required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing complex partnerships
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
