- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible AI and quantum deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
