Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent intelligence for strategic advantage
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and manage external partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or decentralized systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market launch
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
