Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with organizational vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateX as a thought leader
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align technology initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess market trends and technical feasibility
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
