Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps and implementation plans
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional, matrixed environments
