Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present technology forecasts and disruption scenarios to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee the incubation of emerging tech projects from concept to market validation
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and sustainable technology adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies or products
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
