Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal technology evangelism
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Track record of developing and implementing successful technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
