Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech adoption (AI, biotech, Web4.0)
- Produce trend reports and risk assessments for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into roadmaps
- Represent company at global innovation summits and industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic research labs and startups
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-to-present strategy translation
