Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry landscapes post-2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum AI integration and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with engineering and product teams to map innovation pathways
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems and biometric interfaces
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI ethics
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent forums
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams across R&D, product, and policy domains
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
