Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-digital interfaces) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary future technologies
- Create executive-level briefings on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Represent the company at global tech foresight summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years focused on emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three future tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience building tech ecosystems with Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
