Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) and assess market readiness
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology insights to executive board and investor committees
- Build cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for emerging domains
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree strongly preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts to commercial applications
