Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology adoption across global markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with corporate growth objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-digital)
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT, biotech)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Portfolio of published technology forecasts or strategic frameworks
