Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market readiness for 2026 adoption
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting next-gen solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption risks/opportunities
- Drive innovation through vendor partnerships and academic collaborations (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build patent portfolios for proprietary AI/automation systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (IEEE, Nature Tech)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
