Responsibilities
- Scan global tech trends to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (quantum, bio-digital, AR/VR) into client operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Author future-readiness assessments for Fortune 500 partners
- Build patent pipelines for proprietary technology convergence methodologies
- Present tech roadmaps to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Impact Assessment
- Experience with patent strategy and IP monetization frameworks
