Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least one future-tech domain (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Strong network with tech incubators and research institutions
