Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities for enterprise clients
- Author white papers on ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty frameworks
- Prototype next-gen solutions using low-code/no-code platforms in our innovation lab
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption success and ROI measurement methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Published research on quantum applications or AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with enterprise blockchain implementations and decentralized governance models
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for AI and biotech (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
- Proven ability to secure $1M+ innovation budgets for tech initiatives
