Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across multiple sectors
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech, climate solutions) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with global partners and academic institutions
- Develop sustainable tech frameworks for circular economy integration
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in implementing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents)
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics)
