Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact projects.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and compliance standards for AI deployment.
- Innovation Evangelism: Drive a culture of continuous learning and experimentation, keeping the organization at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Expertise: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, and large language models.
- Vision: Proven track record of identifying and executing on long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
