- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for post-2026 market disruption

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work paradigms
- Advise board on regulatory and ethical implications of 2026 innovations
- Build global ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published work on future-of-work or societal transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on disruption strategy
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
