- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology transition initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology transition programs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
