Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic AI Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Architect and optimize complex Generative AI pipelines and large-scale transformer models.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to push the boundaries of NLP and Computer Vision.
- Ensure model scalability, efficiency, and robustness in high-traffic environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including experimentation, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in Generative AI or Deep Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of Transformer architectures.
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
