Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI, focusing on LLMs and autonomous agents.
- Define technical vision and strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to deliver high-impact features.
- Ensure best practices in MLOps, model security, and ethical AI implementation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems for AI workloads.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and MLOps principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
