Responsibilities
- Scan global tech landscape to identify emerging innovations with disruptive potential
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and implementation plans to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption risks
- Mentor junior researchers in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Prior experience with venture capital or corporate innovation
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
