Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with corporate vision
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting next-gen solutions
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for technology adoption and implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
