Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI) into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience securing $10M+ in technology innovation funding
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
