Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business goals
- Lead horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web)
- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of futuristic solutions
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and technology adoption success
- Curate external partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3 ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Track record of launching at least two disruptive technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy preferred
