- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic foresight reports with data-backed market predictions and competitive intelligence
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions addressing future consumer needs
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI for futuristic initiatives
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) with published thought leadership
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced tech environments
