Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Design adaptive roadmaps for organizational transformation in response to exponential technological shifts
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualization
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience designing ethical frameworks for disruptive technology implementation
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling mastery
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
