Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) for market viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory and ethical implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Deep understanding of tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
