Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and company strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on adaptive compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of integrating disruptive technologies into enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
