Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ R&D budget for future initiatives
- Present strategic frameworks to Fortune 500 partners and venture capital investors
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor startups for strategic insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- Exceptional financial modeling and ROI projection capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience with federal grant applications and DARPA-style programs
