Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on our industry
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Fluency in emerging tech policy landscapes
