Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps for AI/quantum/biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives targeting 3+ breakthrough innovations annually
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Develop patentable IP in next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Quantum Physics or MBA with tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-defining products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals preferred
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
