Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CDIO)
