Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning technological advancements with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate disruptions and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
