Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum integration, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives involving machine learning, biocomputing, and nanotechnology
- Secure $10M+ annual funding through federal grants and venture partnerships
- Develop patent portfolios with 15+ filings in emerging tech domains
- Advise C-suite on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Accelerator program
- Present at global tech summits including Web3 Summit and AI World Congress
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits or $50M+ products)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published in Nature/Science with >1000 citations in applied AI research
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA programs or equivalent national tech initiatives
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
