Responsibilities

- Design cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting quantum/AI/metaverse convergence
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor/partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Lead ethics and governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology publications
