- Develop strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic research institutions
- Present future-tech forecasts to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Drive ethical framework development for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and space tech
