Qualifications

- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with UN sustainable development tech frameworks
