Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems specifically engineered for the 2026 computing landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models and novel optimization algorithms.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine model latency and throughput to meet the rigorous demands of real-time autonomous decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to ensure ethical AI deployment and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems (ML/AI), with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Quantum Awareness: Demonstrated interest or experience in quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong track record of solving complex engineering problems under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
