Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy roadmap targeting 2026 market readiness
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary technology innovations
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Published research in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Strong network with global tech R&D leaders and VCs
- Fluency in technology policy frameworks (NIST, IEEE, WEF)
