Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2030) to identify strategic opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop comprehensive 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for prototype development of futuristic solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term vision
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting our innovation ecosystem
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academic institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains with published thought leadership
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
