Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields including AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Design and implement technology assessment frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities

- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Experience developing scenarios for 5-10 year technology horizons
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Sloan) preferred
