Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ roadmap, integrating AI, quantum, and blockchain innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive disruptions to inform strategic decisions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs to accelerate innovation
- Present technology visions and roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive cultural transformation to foster experimentation and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Deep technical understanding of at least two future technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional strategic planning and business acumen with ability to translate vision into execution
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major industry conferences
