Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
