Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for our 2026 platform.
- Lead the technical architecture for quantum integration across existing machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor a team of AI researchers and software engineers in advanced quantum mechanics and computer science.
- Conduct research on emerging quantum hardware and software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.).
- Define performance benchmarks and optimization strategies for quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or systems architecture.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex technical solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
