Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web)
- Design strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners in healthcare, finance, and logistics
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership role
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling tech solutions to enterprise level
- Strong Python/Java programming background with ML frameworks
- Certification in AWS or Azure cloud architecture
- Experience with patent filings for novel tech innovations
