Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy next-generation AI infrastructure tailored for 2026 enterprise demands.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to integrate advanced machine learning models into core business products.
- Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native environments optimized for massive data processing.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with long-term business strategy.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure our stack remains years ahead of the industry standard.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, AI governance, and ethical AI deployment across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Active US Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one (preferred).
