- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

- Manage R&D budget and resource allocation for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Expertise in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
