Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026+ technology adoption roadmap aligned with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for emerging tech (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning of disruptive technologies and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into corporate vision and ESG frameworks
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused pilot programs
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums shaping 2026 digital standards
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or circular economy tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, R, or equivalent)
